After purchasing, your loved one will receive access to our platform where they can answer thoughtful questions about their life. Once completed, we'll transform their answers into a beautiful digital eBook, audiobook, or both, depending on your package.

What if my loved one isn't tech-savvy?

Our platform is designed to be extremely user-friendly, even for those with limited technical skills. Users have enjoyed meeting with their parents and answering the questions with them.

How long does it take to complete?

The process can be completed at your loved one's own pace. We've had users finish in as little as 1 hour. Some finish in a few days, while others prefer to take their time over several weeks. There's no rush or deadline.

Can we edit after purchase?

Yes! You can edit as much as you want, whenever you want. Your keepsakes will update in real time.

What does the audiobook keepsake look like?

Each audiobook is a unique mp3 file, the first of its kind wherein the answers are narrated by your loved ones.

How secure is my loved one's information?

Your loved one's privacy and security are our top priorities. We use bank-level encryption to protect all your data, and only you and your loved one can ever access your space. We never sell your data to third parties.

How do we record our answers?

Simply visit our mobile friendly website and log in. You can type or record your answers. When recording, your answers are transcribed instantly.

Do we have to answer using voice recordings?

No but it is highly encouraged! You can answer any or all questions by recording your voice answers. Please bear in mind that the audiobook keepsake will only include answers that have been voice recorded.
